Writer’s block is the worst.<\/p>\n

I want to write garbage, but I can’t<\/p>\n

because I know I’m better than that.<\/p>\n

And anything else just\u00a0hurt<\/em>s<\/em>,<\/p>\n

like it’s physically impossible for any other word to end up on the page.<\/p>\n

And it leaves me in some kind of inverse rage<\/p>\n

where I’m not exactly\u00a0mad<\/em> that I can’t write anything<\/p>\n

because I know I\u00a0can<\/em> because I’ve done it before<\/p>\n

I’ll just have to wait some more before I can do it again.<\/p>\n

But how long will that take?<\/p>\n

A few minutes? an hour? a day? a week? a month?<\/p>\n

When I have a paper due in a fortnight<\/p>\n

I don’t think it’s right for my mind to shut down.<\/p>\n

But I guess that’s just where I am right now<\/p>\n
